In general, how much can a person gain selling through one of these big auction houses? I can see where some people might get caught up in the frenzy and pay more than they normally would, especially when they can see that there is competition for the car.

Frenzy notwithstanding, Keith, these results seem to set the market value for subsequent sales. So even if the bids are insane and made by people with more dollars than sense, the effects spill over into the general musclecar market.

Sure lets all wait 'til Saturday, but as MPO I'll take a stab at it? . Considering the prices and action of late on LS6's and if last week's bidding is genuine on Z16 #1 at $900 plus....prices of Copo Chevelles seem way undervalued? . A decent, real car....even a NOM at $250 and some restored ones at the $500 mark may soon seem cheap? . I feel the same about Copo L72 Camaros....w/ a seemingly low percentage to climbing ZL1 amounts, seems like time for a catch up too? . Values and opportunities aside, personally I'd prefer either of these L72 machines over an LS6, but what do I know?? ~ Pete
