No it's a 1968. Somebody either filled in the side markers or put on 1967 sheetmetal. And if you mean vent windows, 1967 was the only year with vent windows and this car does not have them. The VIN says it's a 1968.

Besides the BB heater box (which can be added), what else indicates BB? Single fuel line? No. Radiator? No.

Might be a nice street project.
