I believe anytime you see the engine suffix start with a 'T' it indicates 'Truck', whereas a suffix starting with 'C' indicates 'Car'. Is this universally true?

As long as you're talking '70 & up 3 digit suffixes, this 'C' or 'T' rule works. . In the '69 & down 2 digit suffixes there's old 283's from trucks like CF, CG, CL and a few more I think? . Also don't forget our CE friend that ends up in trucks.

On the suffix topic, anyone know anything about 60's Canadian suffixes with #'s not letters?

Happy New Year fellas! ~ Pete
