calling all blue oval fans.....

what is different about this door tag:
I'll go out on a limb and say the Tag is a Fraud. judging by the Apron stamping, someone is/was trying to pass off a 302 2V Mustang as a GT500 or Cobra Jet Powered Car.

have fun with this one guys

The Star simply indicates the beginning and the end of the VIN. Example:*674005432168* I assume this way someone could not add digits at the beginning or the end as the VIN was simply pounded into (Of all Places) Radiator Supports and inner fender sheetmetal. Both of which were commonly replaced after Front end collision damage. Not one of FORD's "Better Idea's"!!
