The EEC stuff was not standard on a Nova until '71, only the CA cars got the stuff earlier.

I need it for the Gold 70, Yes it was a California car it's entire life........I broke one of the vapor line barbs and the material the Cannister is made from doesn't seem to want to stay glued together, I had to put a pin in the vent hole to align and give the glue some surface to bond to...... Just one of those nagging little things that nobody would ever know about but I just can't leave alone.......so I gotta fix it

I believe a 1970 factory big block California-emmisions charcoal can is a unique animal as compared to all the others. It has four nipples instead of three or two.
