There is another thread about xm here now. I have found it to be the best mix of music yet. I always have mine tuned to channel 7 which is the 70's music. They have enough varity that you hardly ever hear the same tune twice in a week. Of course the more seasoned members might get into the 50's, 60's or even 40's stuff. you yuoungs can have the 80's and 90's.LOL
Dan, I bought the live cd at the last ABB concert in Knoxville. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Could have been the venue, but nothing like "An Evening with the ABB" which was recorded live in Macon in 90 or 91. I was there all three or four nights, getting old, can not remember just how many it took to get it right.
Quick story, I was working security at the back door one of the nights. A police got into a arguement with a guy in a 74 Ford panel van. I walked over to see what the deal was. The cop said, "Oh, it's nothing, just some damn hippy trying to park back here." I look in the van, and it is Warren H. The concert is waiting on him to start, he is stoned, and the cop is making him back out of the parking lot. Thank goodness I knew who he was.....
