Thanks Guys! The 228th FSB (forward support battalion) appreciates everything! My son is in charge of the base's computer, communications and internet systems. He is there from June 2005 till at least Aug. of 2006. They are always in need of support. Always! Sam

Sam, there are many opinions about the war and what it means to America. People may not agree on our involvement and that is their right as Americans. Agree or not, the young men and women serving our nation deserve everyone's support, 110%..Karen and I will be happy to contribute and may your son and all those who serve return home safely.

Because of this site and because of some very generous people on this site our sons request for funds for a communications satellite in Iraq has been met! Now these soldiers will be able to get and keep intouch with their families and loved ones. Calling cards were not working. It is truly a great country and what makes it great is the people who fill it. I am impressed with what our members did for Katrina's victims and equally impressed with what some are doing for our troops in Iraq. God bless this Site and its people that make it up!
