Mismatched original paint should be mismatched everywhere, not just on the lower fenders below the stick-on side moldings where the fenders tended to rust first. As I said, could be original, could be spotted in... Would need to see it first hand to convince me it hasn't had paint work on the bottoms of those fenders.
