probably because of the expense insurance companys incur replacing glass in all the structures hit by hurricanes. it appears the storm has taken a slight turn and New Orleans may not get the full brunt of it, my understanding the levys will hold back the surge!!! it may still bring extreme loss of property but not lives, Thank God.
