That's a seat trim sheet.
Try looking for the buildsheet behind the door & rear panels-behind seat backs-under package tray cardboard-inside Headliner & ear muffs-under both Ft. & Rear seat buns-top of Gas tank-under carpeting-under floor sound deadner-under the dash & dashpad-taped to top of the radio-kick panels-engine the compartment wheel wells to fender area too.

Thanks ill check those areas ,i have the body broadcast sheet which was found in the front fender well area and looks like one from a la built car.Will the build sheet be cut in half like the rest that i have seen posted here???

I haven't seen any Kansas Leeds Plant Buildsheets cut in half.
Framingham Mass. plant is where some were razored into a 1/3rd during seat construction.
