You're right on the Buicks John....I was looking at '64 Wildcat trim myself and it appears close or may be even the same. . Here's a link if it works. .

I was getting ready to put a 1965 Body Service Manual on e-bay and while thumbing through it, I found this drawing. The manual is copyright August 1964 so the drawings have to be earlier than that.
