The notched version is correct, and the entire assembly will bolt right up to the standard Nova column - I actually helped install the one on Joe's Deuce

Yes, the tilt column install is exactly the same, the steering wheel won't know its going on a tilt column if you don't tell it.

Allen, I think Lutty's Chevy parts sells a complete kit to mount a comfort grip wheel, everything but the wheel and hub. SULLY
