What that guy did is just not cool...what was his ebay name...audiofool or was it audiotool? At least it'll make people aware of what transpired. I wonder if you could link to his posts on this site in your negative feedback....? Since I'm not an ebay-er I don't have a clue.

If you do leave negative feedback, just be short and factual, e.g. "Non-paying bidder after repeated attempts to contact". He's likely not to be and people will be able to see the difference...
