This decodes as: T=Tonawanda assembled 12=December,1966 01=Day IV=Suffix used on Passenger (BIG) car w/396/325HP w/Auto Trans. from 1965-1968. Became a 350/300Hp small block in 1969 for Police use. That CON VIN of 7D142657,specifically calls it as being installed in the 42657th 1967 Passenger car unit,built at the Doraville Atlanta,Georgia Plant. Whatchya gonna do with it..

Mr. 70, Thanks for all the info., was hoping to purchase the car it's presently installed in, we'll see. Really just needed to know what the engine was removed from. Again, thank you, Joe
