Ed roll out where Bruce is at and look around, nice area and my Aunt just moved into Anthem down the road from Bruce..looks like the people and stuff is sprawling that way..If I was looking I would head past Anthem about 20 more miles and buy a hunk of land and do it up if you can get water and power to it.

I dont think you can get what you want in the little towns they are doing you are probably on your own to by a old place and bulldoze or start from scratch. I didnt see anything with detached shops, pretty high end stuff but neatly done with lots of rules.
