I've got a friend that has been married and divorced 4 times,every divorce cost him a house. Last month he introduced me to his new fiance and I asked him if he had a house he felt like giving away because he was sure to lose another one soon. He hasn't called me since ,either reality set in or he was offended.

But then, he may have been quoting someone else.

A friend of mine was a Circuit Court Judge and he once told me: "Listen, son, you can marry more money in an afternoon than you can make in a lifetime." He married a very nice lady whose family has a major Ferrari collection, among other assets.

I never listened to him...but I think my wife did.
