Castrol Super Clean in the purple bottle then hot water pressure wash. The Castrol is POTENT and will eat the skin off of your hands (really). Great for chemically cleaning aluminum, etc. and doesn't normally harm paint. It works so well, it is hard to belieive it is legal........

Wal-Mart has it.
