Thanks for the thoughts Bill..anyone else out there have a view of a fair value for a very high point restored 68Z?? Is 40, or 50 or 60 or 70 a right range??

Ed...Why don't you give MacNeish a call. He may know the car you are asking about. When I was looking for one, I called him quite a few times. Most of the cars I was asking about, he already knew of them.

Ed and Tony. Jerry M. knows the car. I don't know if he has seen it but he has done a number of things for the car including helping to get the paint formula dialed in, which is no small job as I understand it is a tough color to get just right. I am taking a wild guess but I bet that is close to a $100000 restoration on that particular car.

Bill, you are correct on the resto . .close to 100K in it.....but as it usually goes, more than the car is worth unfortunately. Im interested in the car - and dont want to be upside down on it....ill have to take a visit and see it in person. Jerry has done some other work for it also...lets see what he has to say tomorrow.
