There are 11 real cars and 11000 replicant/clone/tribute/artificial hemi-like substitutes out there. The easy way to tell is look at the dash VIN in the windshield. It should start with BS27R: BS=Cuda, 27=convertible, R=$$$$$$$(hemi)
