The tunnel ram pic looks good. What do you mean by "fuel puddling". Are you running an electric and mechanical pump?
Make sure the pressure is not too high-that may be giving you puddling if it's what I think it is.

it's hard to restart after driving awhile.i have to crack the throttle blades open as if it were flooded.i was told this is a common problem with tunnel rams and i'm running a carter mechanical pump.another thing i notice is that the carbs and top part of the intake "frost over" and get really cold if not driven alot in the morning or even during the warmest time of the day
