Nostalgia event at KCIR

I plan on attending, I have only dreamed of running on this track. Never knew it was still in operation, until I got a call from Harry K., who will have his Nova racecar there.

John will be coming with and will have his DHPC Demo SuperCamaro. Can't wait to see who gets a ride in it. I may need to call LaHarpe, maybe I can convince Herb, as I am sure he would have a good time.

Let's see, so far I have ran at or been on Beardstown, St. Louis, WhiteHall, Wentzville, and now KCIR. What a great time this hobby has become. Maybe Keokuk, Alton, Detroit, Bristol, Lions, Greenvalley are next?

I will be sitting, however, I understand there will be a parade lap, and some exibition runs by Tom, myself, and I imagine others. I think there is a chance the Leatherman's may be there with their car? Wonder if Ray M. has heard about this? Ray, are you reading this?

I just recieved message that the show cars will be allowed to make timed runs on that Saturday! Everyone, bring your helmet!

I hope one of you guys will make a movie of this. I want to see Little Hoss and Kim duke it out....with a couple lites going to the small block of course. Maybe Harry will take on the winner. Someone please do a video. Come on Rob!! Thanks!
