			Nope, 1970 is different.

Worthy of note is that there is a Hurst shifter body/handle that is virtually identical to the 1969 Camaro unit but has a handle that is about 1" taller. Firebird?

Aren't the bb and z28 shifters and rods the same?? Just the mounting plate is different from what I have read. I do have a 70 shifter already and they are different-the 69 handle has two bends in the shift arm and the 70 only has one.

All '69 4-speeds used the same shifter body and handle. Saginaw, Muncie sb & Muncie bb all use different mounting plates.

			Muncie rods: reverse rod 302/350 3955771; 396/427 3955779 1st & 2nd rod 302/350 9791876; 396/427 3955775 3rd & 4th rod 302/350 9791885; 396/427 3955777 lower lock rod 302/350 3955773; 396/427 3955776 The bb rods are slightly longer than sb.
