Darren-- while that car does appear to be a correct looking car, you have the same issue with that Red Yenko posted here too. The paint. The car is not supposed to have stripes as a Super Sport-- only the Z28s got striping. The wheels are wrong and there is missing trim on the back of the hood.
If you do not mind answering, why a 1972 Camaro verses other second generation cars? Just curious.

Darren,
What's the word on the 72 SS/RS? Did you call on it? Even though it is not completely correct, I would be more concerned if it was #'s matching. Not a bad price though.

I think a 72 is a good choice because it may be the rarest 2nd GEN. Of course I may be BIASED!

The only time I get to check this site is at work. I am hoping be back to a normal life in May, I will post some pictures as soon as I can. By the way, my 72 SS had stripes when I bought it in 1978 although I did not think they were original.
