Yeah, the 396 emblems had people fooled....for a while. After that, only someone from out of town got duped.

I inflicted no harm on the Z - it had been thru the mill before I got it. I bought it in January of 73 for $300, minus engine, trans, hood, and grille. No extra charge for the tons of bondo already in the doors and quarters It did have the Deluxe interior, AM-FM Blue Light stereo (sold it for $10), bumper guards, and a 4.10 posi.
