Thanks for all the responses. The prices seem to be in line with where I can purchase the car. The original window sticker verifying it could be one of only a few M22 cars left out of the total production of 15 is what I was most interested in. Getting the engine pad restored would just be icing but the sticker proves what the car is. Original sidepipe and KO car is also cool. Thanks.

If you decide to pass on the car, let me know. I regret selling my '67 435 convt. 10 years ago and have started looking at 66 and 67 BB convt's. Good luck.

Just a word of caution.........sounds like a GREAT car, price estimates being discussed on this thread sound correct, just be ABSOLUTELY sure on the authenticity of that window sticker since there is the decked block issue. A super rare and desirable car but perform "due diligence" prior to pulling the trigger. While most repo window stickers are easily identified, I have seen a few that are so close it's scary.
