Default Real 1970 COPO 9697

Just found this. It is a full bumper car. Looks to have been worked over a little but looks to be a real July COPO 9697 (2 spoiler Front and back) car.

With a paint job and proper stripes could be a good car.

Anybody for Green???

This is a pretty neat looking car...is that Citrus Phil ?
I am really starting to get into these 2nd Gen Camaros...they are creeping up in value and they are really cool cars...I like what they did with this model change...Phil and a few others have some real gems when it comes to 2nd gen....and of course...there is some real tough stuff to find for these too !! Dammit.

Code 43 is indeed "Citrus Green." I know there are a lot of green haters out there, and every car salesman will tell you green musclecars simply don't fetch the money others will, but I'd take an original citrus green car with a perfect matching green interior like that over a resale red/black car anyday. Ever try finding original interior pieces in an oddball color like that, it's nearly impossible. Not to mention that every piece of colored interior trim seems to fade at a slightly different rate, so even a nice original piece out of another car won't necessarily look right installed alongside your existing pieces, seatbelts especially. A complete unmolested original car like that is worth far more than the sum of it's parts in my opinion. Now if only it were an RS 4 speed...
