When's the 05 Gibb Memorial car show?

Just thought I would let you know that the Fred Gibb memorial cruise night is being held in MACOMB, IL the friday night before the car show,If you need to make a room reservation call the DAYS INN in Macomb, they are giving use special rates for the weekend.

What about Monmouth? We had a great time there last year, and were really looking forward to making the weekend trip again. Not that we can't make the change. Just curious.

I was the guy who organized the Monmouth, and I got very tired of fighting with the city and some of the store owners. I went looking for a larger place with lots of parking for show cars and for trailers and Macomb is the place. It is also closer to Laharpe the next day.You need to call the Days Inn in Macomb because rooms are filling up fast.Monmouth is still going to try to have a cruise night the same night, but ALL the Fred Gibb cars and all the other ZL-1's and Yenko's will be in Macomb. Please spread the word up in your area so people make there way to macomb. Hey we even have

We certainly need to document your de-pantizing this year with a couple of photographs.

I highly recommend a tight belt, suspenders, a pair of very colorful boxer's and you might want to get some of them eyeglasses that bicycle riders wear with the rear view mirror mounted on them ! ! ! ! !

This year we ain't just going for a piece...........we want everyone else to witness it too.

We reserved our rooms this morning at the Days Inn in Macomb for Friday evening (8/5) and Saturday evening (8/6). The gal there said they have a block of 30 rooms reserved and only 8 have been taken so far. Rooms have two double beds and are going for $85.00.
