Good morning Jeff,
I have original Canadian fender stickers. They were only placed on the passenger fender skirt. I will do my best to take a photograph of the sticker itself and one installed on an original 1969 Z/28 I used to own if you wish. Richard.

Here is a photograph of an original untouched Canadian fender skirt sticker. I will also post an N.O.S. sticker once I figure out how to download from my new camera. This picture is from an old 3 1/2" floppy.
