Building "clones" with all the right numbers and dated parts.. bad

Just build a nice "replica" that can't be passed off down the road as something "questionable".. Use parts that are redily available that look just like the rare parts. (repo/later model..etc)
Save the real dated and original parts for the REAL cars that need them.
I don't think I'm alone in this opinion.
Just remember, above and beyond anything... Just have fun
