Chevrolet By the Numbers Books are great Different books for different years 1955-1964 1965-1969 which covers Camaro/Corette/Bel Air/Chevy II/Nova/Chevelle/Impala/El Camino 1970-1975 which covers the same cars above. To give you a insight on what the 65-69 book covers by chapters: Vehicle Identification Engine Codes Engine Block Crankshaft Cylinder Heads Connecting Rods Pistons Carburetor Intake Manifold Exhaust Manifolds Water Pump Distributor Camshaft Alternator Transmission Rear Axle/Differential Wheels Rochester Fuel Injections Engines Covered 283/302/307/327/350/396/409/427 the 70-75 book covers engines 262/307/350/400/402/454 Needless to say I am on my 2nd book for both years. I would recommend it since it has good diagrams/parts listing along with sections on date codes for the different parts and how the codes break down. Any book store like Boarders carries them.
