Is this a proper sales transaction to get judes money back. What if the buyer doesn't send the money to jude? Are you off the hook?

I still will hold liability, I suggested this to ease any concerns of payment up front to me due to the unfortunate previous situation. This method will work if it is someone who is a relative old timer to the board. I just thought I would provide the opportunity for board members here to have a shot before they hit Ebay. In any event Jude will recieve payment either way, most likely prior to the sale of the wheels anyway.

I havent looked for a date code but the wheels are original to the car and the cowl tag is the 4th week of November (11D) 1968, a very early 69 Camaro.

Why not just give him his money back, why involve a third party? I also thought the wheels were originally around $200, now they are $300? You are just asking for complications here, keep it simple!
