Real cool article, I bought the mag on ebay A few years ago for the Harrell article and noticed one day the bolt that holds the dipstick to the block was not yet tightened down in the pic of the 427. I'm sure they got it though...

Check out the rubber on top of the shroud instead of under it on the conv motor

Given the fact that it was a hi-perf shop, originality was not much of a concern back then...question.....how were the Harrell tags installed on the valve covers ? rivets or taped ?
