I may have found a Norwood pict.
This will have to suffice for now. I believe it is either Flint,Mi. or Baltimore,Md. plant. 1970

Sorry, I was swamped today and didn't get time to do more. I don't have many more pics with the cars in them, and too bad they aren't as good a the color pic posted with the Monte's.
