Thats a cool award Phil.I have one just like it,but I do not have a spare 1970 placard.I will let you know if I come across one..

It just was found in long term storage from the defunct (RIP-1980) Kimerly Chevrolet. When I got it I was told it was complete. I guess you always need to check to be sure it is all there, or Perhaps Kimerly did not sell sufficient volume in '70 (for cars) to win the Plaque that year??
I have noticed these awards still on display at some of the older dealerships-usually in the hallway by the restroom.....  Phil
