Price should be based on several factors, one being the quality of the restoration. Based on the pics I can understand why it did not meet reserve. It is quite obvious to what level this car was restored. [/ QUOTE ] I was assuming it was a top flight frame off restoration with documentation but after looking at the pictures you can tell it's not a top flight restoration.
