I thought it was kind of cool when you find stuff like that in a car. Shows that it was part of "the scene" back in the days. Only one paper. No roach clips, or seeds in the glove box. I kinda liked the New colony six. S.

was helping a guy with a 69 Chevelle who had a bunch of questions on resto.
He can't figure out why it has all these holes in the lower dash area. I said it was probably for 8 tracks installed and removed over the years. He said what's an 8 track? |

On that same theme,I was playing some old records on the turntable,& had my 18 year old Nephew stop by.He stares at the turntable & replies,"What Up wit Dat!"
I explain to him it's the Grandfather to his MP3. He laughs at me and says,"Why would listen to that Frisbee,don't you hear that crackling?". I replied,"What's Your Point!" ![]() |

I guess that makes me a real dinosaur...I can still record the 8-tracks...from albums!!
