The intake was ported and you can see by the top bolt hole it has not got alot of material around it and that is where the oil got sucked in. We used a race gasket on it but a different manufacture intake gasket will fix this problem.

These 077 heads we removed 118 cc s with extensive porting. I had these heads on my pro street malibu that ran 140 mph at 9.50 et on the motor, they work real nice.

A picture is worth a thousand words and here posing are a pair of 427 ci motors that for the first time I have had them in the same picture together, but sadly I have sold one off, to a good friend that will take care of it.
