Just got the 2 trucks and 2 trailers home with the cars "SAFE & Sound" about 2 hours ago. AGAIN, it was Great to see ALL the cars and Friends, made a New Friend all the way from Sweden!! The Best was being there with "MY SON" and to see him Race down the track and had a 509 light with the SS Truck. When he raced the NOVA and at the end of the truck when we saw the Cloud of smoke I almost had a "heart attack", nothing turned out to be wrong so it maybe was just carbon?? Oh yea really lucked out by having my "Friend" Sheriff Officer when I got stopped going 85 mph on the way to the Drag Strip and only got a Friendly Warning!! Great time and Great NOVA turn out and ALL the Nova guys were really friendly and I think they have accepted me into their group.
THANK-YOU All.Mark |

[/ QUOTE ] Mark, you gotta blow the bugs out of them Orange cars once in awhile It was great seeing you again and talking with you at the drags.. btw, I finally got that copy of MuscleCar Enthusiast with your 68 B/M on the cover. I missed it on the newsstands because my subscription renewal somehow skipped over that issue I still remember riding in it to the spot that pic was taken like it just happened yesterday Can't wait for SCR8 now!! ![]()

THANK-YOU All.Mark [/ QUOTE ] I'll second that Mark!...I'd bet that was the biggest gathering of Deuces in one place ever, including dealer lots in 1970! Truly an amazing experience, and one I was glad to be a part of! ![]()

How many cars were there? What happened with the Yenko Camaro with 200+ miles and the 68 Hemi Barracuda with 100+ miles that was supposed to be there? I haven't saw any mention of them.
James
