This Z16 on Ebay was restored by a man in the South,& finished in 1993.I doubt it was Micky Hale. Brian Interesting story.I wish I could have seen that,did you take Pix? And if No one has said it yet...WELCOME!

No pictures, just photographic memories. The car in Lyons,OH was black at the time we found it. I am not sure if that was the original color or not??

In 1984 I sold my first ram air iv judge after i blew the engine one night at front st.
 i sold the car to my friend and bought a Z16 chevelle from a guy in holland pa. i paid  7,000 for it. It was regal red with black interior and was loaded with options. It came out of california I was told. I drove that car almost everyday to work. I lived in a really bad part of philadelphia at the time and none of my friend had ever seen one!!!! Anyway i got tired of it and missed my judge!! I sold it to a guy for 8,000 and he took it apart  [IT STILL IS!!] and his parents wanted to sue me because they said it wasnt worth that much money. I bet they dont feel that way now!! Whenever i tell someone i used to drive one everyday,they look at me and think  RIIGGHHTT!! Ive got great pics of that car parked in the hood with all the graffiti on the walls and everything!!

I'll try. I have them in a frame on the wall and will have to take them and scan them. you'll laugh your ass off when you see the car in those pics!! They show the car was a real one.
