Chuck, you are Right--Phil's car is one of the BEST (if NOT the BEST) and OH YEA the car is NOT for SALE--to Phil it's not about the Money--had the car for a long time and has an emotional value to him. Also if he did EVER want to sell it -- I know where it's GOING!!
