I used one after buying three used clusters, all of which ended up being majorly screwed up in some way. The fit is ok, the finish is too flat, the Camaro script is a little different (only a problem if you don't have the dash clock), but the biggest problem is the poorly formed mounting studs for the vents, wiper switch, etc. I had to run a drill through every stud before they would accept a screw. Pretty sure the studs would have sheared off if I hadn't clearanced the holes.
I think it looks great installed in the car. Please don't buy the repro gauge bezels, though...have a look at 'em and you'll see what I mean. ![]() |

There is an individual in Columbus, OH that restores originals. He may have some already done. I can supply his number off line if there is any interest. He also does other plastic items, and rechroming of plastic parts. I have been very happy with his work.

Thanks for the help. I'll probably try a repop since the car is a really nice driver not a show piece COPO or anything rare.
Wanted to hear from someone that has used one This is a lt of help
