maybe its time to lobby GM USA to issue documentation just like the cars ordered in Canada.I am sure GM Canada is making big bucks filling orders for info at 50.00 Canadian thats about 35.00 US. Canada has about 30 million people the US has about 300 million. Just think of the money they could make.

No worries Don...Charley is just one of those guys that prefers to know the facts and source of the information/evidence before he forms an opinion. He wasn't saying that he didn't believe you...he was pointing out that your post lacked evidence for your claim. Now, there's lots of evidence and it's obvious that your claim is supported by facts/evidence

It's a shame this sorta creative advertising goes on in this hobby. The way I read the ad would sure leave me thinking it was a real car...thanks for the heads up!

Don... I wasn't "not believing you". I just think it is getting kind of important that we back up our claims and I figured you would clairify your claim once I asked.... AND QUIT YELLING !!!!!

I personally know Dave Gillmore from Feasterville Pa and I can tell you for a fact that he did NOT restore this car. I do remember the car sat in his garage with a few other Classics for a long time.

It is a shame that all this tends to put a negative aura around the car, distracting from the fact that it is one gorgeous automobile! If Happy Days had just been more truthful in their description, everyone could be busy drooling over the car and praising it for what it is
