They weren't specific to a particular car.
YA-used on the 1969 Camaro-Nova-Chevelle-Elco,& early built 1970 Nova-Chevelle-Elco.
AO-used on late built 69 Camaro,& the 1970 Nova-Chevelle-Elco.
Look next to the Air Valve hole for a date code.
Example:
M1=Motor wheel,Romulus Plant
9 under it=Year,1969...0=1970.
3 to left of hole=Month,March.
15 to the right of hole=Day,15th.

Jay
I re-read your Question, and see you might have meant Paint colors used on the Magnum 500 rims Chevrolet put on their Vehicles from 1969-70.
If this is the case, this is what I used a Few years ago.
The insert color is Dark Charcoal Grey,NOT BLACK.
DETAILS makes this in a rattle can,but it is to light.it needs to be between this shade, and the color Black.
One of the Guys on Team Chevelle,Brian, had this Formula made up from an NOS wheel,I liked the results.

DARK CHARCOAL GREY-SS wheel insert color.
Use Dupont Centari,Acrylic Enamel,Single Stage w/hardner.
Approximentaly 2 parts color to 1 part thinner.Apply over a coat of "Variprime".
Formula:
*706A-100
*700A-50
*705A-250
*704A-50-Note that this one has been discontinued from Dupont for a few years now.I can not find this around here,as all was recalled by Dupont.I have not found a suitable match..yet.

KRYLON DULL ALUMINUM looks good for the Spokes and connecting bottom borders.

Back of wheel is almost a DOVE GREY.
GROUND UP sold a dead on shade,Part HDP #1219 that looked very good for this, but for some time now, they have discontinued this paint color,as they manufacturer was shipping unstable color and it wouldn't match proper.
KRYLON sells a somewhat similar match today, although not as close.
Hope this helps you.
Rick
