Don and Switzer unit #001. This unit resides in the sYc's memorablia collection and is the only Yenko turbo unit known to exist. It is in like new condition and still has the Switzer tag on it, numbered SYC-001.

We are debating whether or not to put this on our Yenko Vega.

Interesting Pix.
*What kind of Warranty did Don Offer when it recieved the Turbo Charger unit?
*Why did the Cowl Induction option need Enviromental Protection agency approval?

Why did the Cowl Induction option need EPA approval, did it ever get it,and what did this option consist of?

My guess would be it was to be part of the turbo package, thus EPA approval. My car, nor any of the others I have seen, have the cowl hood. Mine is a steel hood with the raised center section blacked out.
