Go to the Ebay Site Map page which has a link at the top of about every Major Ebay page, on the site map click on Safe Harbor or I have had my images taken, follow the directions to contact by Email. The Thread about this same idiot and Mattisons COPO has a direct Phone Number in one of the posts. Motown
