Why is the car worth more to him than money?
And mr70, you have to be yankin' my chain. He did not major in Sociology did he? I'm sorry, but I don't think I could combat a Sociologist. ![]()

Consider your chain yanked. I was not personally involved with any of the encounters with the owner. But based on the exchanges on the site the car must hold some personal value that money cannot replace.
Or he is just plain mean! ![]()

How old is this guy? Could it possibly be a former relative's car? I could sypithize with him on that note, as my Dad passed away quite some time ago.

Thanks for the link.
I knew that I saw this discussion, but I couldn't find it on the site. Wow, I just had a moment of deja vu reading a post when I heard this line, "I believe in the destiny concept, so if the car ends up owned by someone else, or remains in the current owners hands, that is just the way things are supposed to turn out. What is to be will be.... and what is not wont." Strangely enough, that's the exact same thing my mom has told me for years on end. Is it destiny calling?

Talk to Motown before trying to make a move on the car. He can give you what info he has on the situation. Good luck!!!!
