-----So Ed,now you need to send that puppy down Matts way and talk him into over-testasteroning it. Maybe to Ligenfelters to keep the memory alive. Somewhere around 475HP should do it just about right!!!!!!!!.........Bill S

Ed congrats!!! It is a 6 speed I assume? How does it rate in comparison to a 4th gen Camaro? Good Luck with it. I know that you have been patient and have wanted a toy for some time.

Congrats Ed...I LOVE the red...looks much nicer in my opinion than the other colors that have been in the press. Enjoy it in good health.

Just a thought on modifying the new GTO. Why do "unmolested" and "survivor" cars get the most $$$ attention nowadays? Because 99.999% of our favorite 1960s musclecars were modified by their owner(s) and "molested" constantly over the years. Nowadays an unmodified, unrestored stocker seems to be the hot find. Why do we call an unmodified stocker a "virgin" car? Because it hasn't been f____d to death by numerous owners. Think about it. Who wouldn't want a beautiful virgin '65 GTO today? Or a beautiful, untouched, virgin '69 ZL-1? Yeah, you can perform face-lifts and tummy tucks to your heavily-abused '69 COPO and have a valuable asset but the virgin stocker will always command more attention and $$$. Oh, and I've modified a few cars in my time, as we all have, but the virgin stocker has a past that doesn't nag at your conscience.
