Thanks for the nice words guys.. Near as I can tell from the information I have... I've got the first and only Torrid Red/black 6 speed car in this area..
I found this car and where it was going from the Pontiac website and went to the dealer THAT day and bought it sight unseen.. It pays to know exactly what you want.. I've been having a little trouble in that area in the "old" car department.. (right Larry?)
But as far as a daily driver to replace the Jeep.. There was NO question..
I will be handing this one down to my Daughter years from now.. She turns 1 next month.. That'll give me plenty of time to play with it.
Something else was gained in getting this car too.. I figured out what "Old" piece of metal I want to fix up. Gonna need something to haul junk around in and drive in the occasional crappy Oklahoma weather, so I'm on the lookout for a 60-66 Chevy Pickup in the $1500-less range..
