un fortunately, this is a car that will never be restored. Someone will buy the tags basically and install them on a 69 Clone, and then sell it as an original

Hopefully not, although this car is no creampuff. It's not right to do, esp. if they don't tell the prospective buyer! This resto a 50k +, esp. w/mia parts.
