What does he mean by 1 registered owner anyways? Every car that I have has only 1 registered owner - me! Is he talking about previous owners? While it is true that the black/orange Z/28 may have had 1 previous owner before him in Ontario, it was originally bought from Don Wheaton Chevrolet in Edmonton, Alberta where it had other owners. He won't tell you that because he knows it will be hard to believe the mileage if the buyer knew it had at least 4 owners. Anyone who cares - the VIN number is 124379N684682
